Proprietor and CEO

Mrs. Nikhat Parveen the founder of IIM Solutions, is a dynamic entrepreneur with a vision and has led IIM to be world class BPO company. After graduating in arts from the University of Calcutta, she started her career by joining Thinktel Solutions India Pvt Ltd and soon she made his mark in BPO industry working with other major giants all across the country. When she identified an opportunity to start the own business in the out sourcing industry in the year 2025, she took the initiative to form IIM Solutions a self-driven company. Her diversification and endeavors an ability to adopt the changes bears testimony to her entrepreneurial facet. Mrs. Nikhat Parveen continue to use her skills in finance and her business acumen to provide leadership to provide IIM Solutions which she launched in the year 2025. Mrs. Nikhat Parveen is the driving force behind the visions and growth of the company.
